Nonprofit XtraMath helps children learn by providing an interactive web-based learning tool. They needed a professional, simple, and attractive website which would appeal to teachers, parents, and kids. The nonprofit company also required that their web application exude quality in order to increase their chance of attracting funding grants, which would be used to further the development of their unique product.Our UX designer worked closely with the client beginning with information architecture and defining user roles and activities. An information graphic style was developed to communicate concepts quickly and spanned an audience of users from grades 2 through 12. Once the functionality and visual design were approved, production of art for each unique element was created and handed off to XtraMath’s developer.
The site is exceeding expectations. XtraMath has received many compliments, especially from teachers. As they continue to grow, Allovus will be there to help.
